Meet the Team

Staci is a 2010 graduate from Kirkwood Community College, where she received her A.A.S in Dental Hygiene. She moved to the Des Moines metro shortly after completing college and began her career here at Foust Family Dental Care! Staci loves building relationships with her patients and takes pride in helping them maintain a healthy smile. Staci and her husband are blessed with three children and their Golden Doodle, Winnie, which keeps them active. She enjoys reading, listening to live music, and spending Sunday’s with her family at Lutheran Church of Hope-Waukee.

Fun Fact: Staci is rarely seen without a cup of coffee!

Rachael graduated in 2017 from Hawkeye Community College receiving her A.A.S degree in Dental Hygiene. After completing her hygiene degree, her and her husband relocated to the Des Moines area where she began her career at Foust Family Dental Care. Rachael loves having the ability to educate her patients on healthy oral hygiene habits to help them achieve their dental goals. Her free time is spent walking her Cockapoos, Millie and Frankie, going to movies, and spending time with family.

Fun Fact: Rachael is the pillar for hydration!

Nora has been assisting in the Des Moines area since 2012, joining our practice in 2018. In 2021, she furthered her education at the University of Iowa completing her certificate in Expanded Function Dental Assisting which allows her to practice as a level 2 dental assistant. Nora is fluent in Spanish and enjoys helping the Hispanic community with their dental care needs. When not working, Nora spends her free time with her son, family, and friends. Her favorite activities include traveling and spending time in her garden whenever possible.

Fun Fact: Nora is a plant mom!

Brooke graduated from the Houston Dental Assistant Academy in 2021. She joined our team in 2023 as a Registered Dental Assistant. Brooke prides herself in making her patients feel comfortable, ensuring their dental concerns are met. Her passion for the dental field and caring for her patients has led her to furthering her career as she currently enrolled at Iowa Central Community College in their Dental Hygiene program. Brooke and her boyfriend, Connor, relocated to West Des Moines in 2021 with their German Sheppard/Black Lab mix, Buddy. She spends her free time at dog parks, going on hikes, and trying new eateries in the area.
